HI! We're Shanice & Ali - your local, reliable & experienced beverage connoisseurs. We started ST SAHLA (pronounced Saint Sarla, like jar or car hehe) in 2021 in our hometown, Brisbane, QLD amidst the pandemic! You might think we're crazy for that... but we saw an opportunity to bring the party to you.

We moved the business to Melbourne later that year, when we decided we wanted a change of scenery and WOW, was it the best thing we ever did.

ST SAHLA are your reliable, professional and personal, Melbourne mobile bartenders. We aim to bring back either the nostalgia of dancing in your friends living room with a red cup in hand or just to provide that feeling of luxury by having your very own private bartenders to keep the cocktails flowing for the course of your night.
We can guarantee top tier cocktails with 110% effort poured into each drink we serve. We even send you a detailed portfolio that highlights exactly what ingredients are required for the cocktails!

Terms & Conditions
ST SAHLA requires a 20% deposit at the confirmation of your booking. This is to ensure your date is secured, & covers ST SAHLA for the level of preparation it takes prior to your event, inclusive of all meetings & menu curation.
Please be aware that the 20% deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
ST SAHLA is not responsible for the cancellation of your events.
